*Adults, newborns, kids, elders, and active duty members of the armed forces are among our passenger categories. Usually non-refundable, transaction fees are subject to change at any time. There may be refundable transaction service costs for cancellations submitted within 24 hours of the booking confirmation. Refunds for cancellations made more than 24 hours after the reservation are not available, but, due to the transaction service charge.

Only the amount specified as the final total will be debited from your account.

Please note that the following items are excluded from the service fees mentioned earlier:

• Passenger service fees of up to $50 for online holiday package bookings.
• Service fees of up to $200 per passenger when purchasing first and business-class flight tickets online.
• Service fees of up to $100 per passenger for open-jaw and multi-city reservations.
• Service fees of up to $40 per passenger in cities with high fraud rates.
• Service fees of up to $55 per passenger for different dates and surrounding airports.
• Cruise booking service fees of up to $200 per passenger when made online.
• Service fees of up to $100 for unaccompanied minor tickets.

Charges for reservations made through the contact center: Compared to online reservations, reservations made through the contact center may result in higher service fees. These fees account for complex international and multi-stop travel plans. Passengers may be subject to a service fee ranging from $15 to $250 (or up to $125 for senior citizens) per booking.
